“The Governance of Cybersecurity: Resilience, Human Rights and Democracy”
The Seventh European Multidisciplinary Conference on Global Internet Governance Actors, Regulations, Transactions, and Strategies (GIG-ARTS) took place on May 15-16, 2023, at the Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy. The event gathered leading scholars in the field of internet governance to discuss critical issues around this main theme. Organized by the Department of Political Science, Law and International Studies (SPGI), the conference was held under the patronage of Università degli Studi di Padova and was co-sponsored by several institutions, including the Internet & Communication Policy Centre (Università degli Studi di Salerno, Italy), the LIP6 Laboratory (Sorbonne Université & CNRS, France), and the Lodz Cyber Hub (Uniwersytet Łódzki, Poland). It was further supported by the PRIN Grant Programme, Italy.
