Registration can only be made online. There won’t be any on site registration. General registration deadline is 22 May 2024
Authors of accepted publications: at least one of the presenters must register as soon as they receive notification of acceptance on 02 April 2024 and in any case no later than 12 April 2024, otherwise their presentation will be withdrawn from the conference programme.
Registration fees:
– Regular participant: 120€
– Student participants: 60€ (a proof of status may be requested)
Conference fees (non-refundable) cover a participant kit as well as coffee breaks, lunch, and reception.
Registration process:
By clicking on the “Register here” button, you will be redirected from the conference website to the registration portal managed by Leiden University. On this site, you will be able to complete the registration process and proceed to the payment to confirm your attendance at the conference.
Personal data:
Your data provided through the registration form will be kept by Leiden University (The Netherlands) until the end of the conference for the sole purpose of registration management.
Your email address will be subscribed to the GIG-ARTS Conference mailing list, so as to send you any required information related to the event. Unsubscribing from this mailing list can be done at any time by clicking on the dedicated link inserted in the footer of each email received.
Registered participants agree to have their name and affiliation included in the list of attendees that will be distributed as part of the conference participant kit.
