2019 Registration and Fees

Registration can only be made online. There won’t be any on site registration. Deadline for general registration: 3 May 2019
Authors of accepted publications: at least one of the presenters must register as soon as you receive your notification of acceptance and in any case by 18 March 2019, otherwise your presentation will be withdrawn from the conference programme.

Registration fees:
– Regular participant: 100€
– Student participants: 50€ (a proof of status may be requested)
The conference fees include a participant kit with conference documents as well as coffee breaks and meals mentioned in the programme. Registration is firm, there will be no refund.

Registration process:
Payment is collected by a travel agency, thus, once your fee is paid, please send an email to events@gig-arts.eu to inform of your registration and provide us with your email so that we can keep you informed of the latest conference developments through the GIG-ARTS Conference mailing list. Early registration is strongly encouraged. There are two options to register:
