Registration can only be made online. There won’t be any on site registration. General registration starts on 25 April 2023 and ends on 5 May 2023
Authors of accepted publications: at least one of the presenters must register as soon as you receive your notification of acceptance on 31 March 2023, and in any case by 15 April 2023 date, otherwise your presentation will be withdrawn from the conference programme.
Registration fees:
– Regular participant: 100€
– Student participants: 50€ (a proof of status may be requested)
The conference fees include a participant kit with conference documents as well as coffee breaks and meals mentioned in the programme. Registration is firm, there will be no refund.
Registration process:
When clicking on the ‘Register Here’ button below, you will leave the conference website to a page managed by The University of Padova, showing a registration form. After having completed and submitted this form, you will receive an email asking you to proceed to payment. Please do note that payment must be made by credit card as indicated.
Personal data:
Your details provided through the registration form will be kept by The University of Padova (Italy) until the end of the conference for the sole registration management requirements.
Your email address will be subscribed to the GIG-ARTS Conference mailing list managed at Sorbonne Université, so as to send you any required information related to the event. Unsubscribing from this mailing list can be done at any time by clicking on the dedicated link inserted in the footer of each email received.
Registered participants agree to have their name and affiliation included in the list of attendees that will be distributed as part of the conference participant kit.
