We are pleased to announce that, due to the high number of submissions received, the Ninth GIG-ARTS Conference will now feature a third full day of sessions. As a result, the conference will take place from 26 to 28 May 2025 at the University of Salerno, Italy.
Paper authors have received the outcome of reviewing process and Registration is now open for both selected paper authors and the broader audience interested in the conference theme: The Rise of Digital Sovereignty: Ambiguities and Challenges.
Key Registration Deadlines:
Registration Deadline for authors: 8 April 2025
General Registration Deadline: 15 May 2025
Registration Fees:
Regular Participants: 120€
Students (with proof of status): 60€
The non-refundable registration fee includes a participant kit, coffee breaks, lunches, and a social event.
There are Two Steps Required for the Registration Process
Step 1: Payment of the Registration Fee

Select Voluntary Payment.
Choose Pagamenti per Dipartimento di Scienze Aziendali – Management & Innovation Systems/DISA-MIS.
Fill out the form completely.
Under Reason it is important that you enter GIGARTS 2025.
Download your payment receipt.
Step 2: Conference Registration

Fill out the form and upload the payment receipt obtained in Step 1.
Accommodation Reminder
Late May in Salerno is peak tourist season, and hotel availability in the city center is limited. We strongly recommend booking accommodation as early as possible to ensure convenient lodging and reasonable rates.
