We are pleased to announce that the programme for the 9th edition of
GIG-ARTS – the European Multidisciplinary Conference on Global Internet
Governance Actors, Regulations, Transactions, and Strategies – is now
available online.

This year’s conference, titled “The Rise of Digital Sovereignty:
Ambiguities and Challenges”, will bring together scholars, researchers, and
professionals from various disciplines to reflect on the evolving
narratives, practices, and implications of digital sovereignty across
regions and sectors.
